Community of saints — Don’t blame the church for anything if you don’t spend time with its’ people.
Mastrubation is not called right or wrong in the bible. Look at what you are thinking about.
Plan for marriage. In the bible when a young man liked a woman, he followed the route to marry her. Spending time with somebody without this end in mind will lead to frustration.
Let the Holy Spirit guide you. He speaks from within you, don’t try to reason it out.
Pray to God for what you want. If you want somebody only to have sex with expect a no. If you truly want to become a part of somebody else he will guide you to each other.

Wait and pray is what I say, lest you fall and settle for less like those of the world do. For they do not know God and just settle for less. why would one settle for less that knows God/Jesus?
Sex marries the two and they become one flesh.
Matthew 19:4-6 (New International Version)
4"Haven’t you read," he replied, "that at the beginning the Creator ‘made them male and female,’[a] 5and said, ‘For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh’[b]? 6So they are no longer two, but one. Therefore what God has joined together, let man not separate."

Do you want the best God/Jesus has for you? or do will you settle like one who does not know God/Jesus? answering these will give you your answer. I can tell you sex joins two in marriage and they are one flesh now, but you choose to do it or not. Pray and ask Jesus to help in this, Jesus can only help if we ask. Ask/pray not, get not. So pray and ask for all things and know this as well.

Know this about prayer, it is a three step process. God likes the number three.
1. We pray or ask God for help/something. In Jesus’ name.
2. God prepares us to handle this so once we get it we will not fail with it. So God teaches us how to handle what we ask for. God is good, so he prepares us and then gives it. How great is that?
3. God gives us what we asked for.
Many ask and while #2 is happening they give up. So they do not get to #3.
So try praying again, now that you know how it works. And the more you ask for the longer it may take to prepare you for it.
Prayer does much, but many give up before they receive. Now that you know how God works: pray, be prepared to receive and then get what you asked for from God. Do not quit like many after asking, they quit while being prepared and never receive.
So now that you know how prayer works, try something small and see it come. For the more we pray for the longer it usually takes God to prepare us to handle it. I ask/pray for much, so I have been waiting over ten years. It is coming as soon as I am ready to handle it. I am not ready yet, or I would have it. So know this and pray for all things and know they are in the works and as soon as you are ready you will receive it.
I have been waiting ten years for a wife, but it will be more than worth that wait once God brings her to me.

Ask/pray not, get not. And God can only hear us through Jesus. So pray in the name of Jesus.

Don’t be a hypocrite like them who preach.
Don’t be a snob.
Respect other people’s belief in God.
Don’t allow religion to tamper with your judgments.

The Bible says as a single person we can totally devote ourselves to serve our god. As a married person we have to serve both God and our partner and therefore our service to the King is somewhat halved. Enjoy this special time with God as one day you will have less time for Him.
As for self-righteous christians.. If you judge you will be judged by the same measure..Not good ‘karma’
Are they guiding you to righteousness or damning you by looking for the splinter in your eye when they have a rafter in their own eye.
Stick close to God and tell Him your woes..He knows the heart of ‘men’

It’s better to follow God than to follow your heart. The Bible says in Jeremiah 17:9 that the "heart is deceitful above all things and beyond cure." If you know what God is telling you that you don’t need to be in a relationship than get out of your relationship! I know that is hard to do, but God’s plan is drastically better than you can imagine! "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding." Proverbs 3:5

You are so right that it is selfish of you to ask him to wait around for you. Maybe you should talk to your minister or his wife and see what they might advise you to do.Are you sure it was God that told you that ? Why would God not want two nice Christian people to be together ? Sounds like maybe the Guy from down below might have a hand in this.Talk to you minister.He or she will know best for you and your boyfriend.

"God" is not going to tell you what to do, I really hope he has more important things to worry about, don't you? You need to listen to what your heart says, if you are not sure then you obviously are not ready for a serious relationship. There is nothing wrong with just dating.
